Billy Connolly

Billy Connolly: Billy is a behavioral health industry veteran. He has experience working in nearly every role within a facility with a goal to help organizations and their people understand the “why behind compliance.” Over his career, Billy has had a hand in opening multiple facilities across 20+ states. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for a large behavioral health organization that had 10 facilities across the East Coast. Billy’s areas of expertise within Behavioral Healthcare include payer guidelines, billing compliance, business intelligence, and M&A due diligence.

Billy has experience sitting as the compliance officer for facilities for The Joint Commission, CARF, and state surveys. His passion for organizational culture helped form his mantra that if you “take care of the people who provide care, they will take care of your patients. This practice will drive the outcomes organizations to desire.” When not working, Billy enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and dogs. Astro, the Mental Health Husky.
