Kayla Rojo

Kayla has been in the behavioral health industry for the last 17 years and 10 plus years in management. From floor work to leadership, she has worked in most aspects of the behavioral health field. Kayla has opened multiple programs and facilities. She truly believes that helping people is a calling. The best way to serve people is helping elevate standards: making things clear and consistent, being clear and straightforward to a fault. Kayla has experience with Joint Commision, CARF, NCQA, HEDIS, CMS, state and various other credentialing and governing bodies.

Kayla has a strong clinical background in the behavioral field. Working in various roles with many age groups, she believes that mentoring other people in the field is one of the best ways to effectively produce wonderful treatment.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys adventuring in the Pacific Northwest with her family. You will often find her out with her family at a local farmer’s market, festival, hike or local event. Kayla also enjoys using her creative skills whether it is a graphic design project or building a new room in the family home.
