Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us. If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and, optionally, your organization and role.
- Information collected automatically. Our host (Azure Static Web Apps) generates standard server logs — for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to operate and secure the site.
- No cookies or analytics today. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and add any required notice before turning anything on.
- No protected health information. The public demo runs on synthetic, zero-PHI data. Please do not submit any real patient or protected health information to this website or the demo.
Why we use it
- To send you the product updates you asked for.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our update list, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Hosting: Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps (site hosting and server logs).
- Email / list service: [FORM/LIST SERVICE — name once the signup form is wired]. Until a service is connected, signups reach us by email only.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as you remain on our update list, and server logs for a limited period consistent with operating the site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: every update email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can email us at Billy@bhready.com to opt out at any time.
- Access / correction / deletion: email us to request a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of your information.

Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
